After you have added products to your Shopping Cart, freight options are displayed when you are checking out and you can choose which method of shipping (or pickup/fitting) you want to use at that stage. We offer a range of delivery services depending on your delivery location and order weight/size. Couriers or Delivery Services may ask for you to present identification. Once your order has been dispatched from Mustang Motorsport we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect it to another address. When checking out you will be presented with the delivery options available to you for that particular order. Different delivery services have different maximum sizes and weights that they will carry, so on larger orders you may only have one or two delivery options available to you.

Important Information About Delivery Times:
Items in stock at time of ordering are usually despatched by the next business day. 'Special Order' items and items currently not in stock are despatched as soon as available. The site usually indicates expected date of availability and/or expected time required to be allowed before delivery. In the event of any unexpected or other significant delays, we will keep you up to date with your order status and expected delivery time by email.
All delivery times are indications only (as provided by the individual delivery service), and indicate the time it would normally take for delivery once the goods are dispatched from Mustang Motorsport. Delays in shipment may occur if a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable from our suppliers. You will be advised via email of any substantial delay. In the event of some items on your order being in stock and some items being substantially delayed we will contact you with the option to split your shipment. Additional freight charges will apply.

Australian Orders
Several options will be available when checking out, depending on the details of your order. Australia Post is the only delivery service that will deliver to RMB/RSD addresses, PO Boxes, Locked Bags and other remote locations. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the service chosen.
Australia Post has several services which may be used depending on your order and location:

• Express Post Platinum - Next Business Day delivery to Australian capital cities (except Darwin) and selected regional centres only. Express Post Platinum is signed for on delivery and items are tracked within the network.
• Express Post - Next Business Day delivery within the Express Post Australia-wide network only.
• Parcel Post - Australia Post's most economical parcel deliver service. Delivery to all Australian addresses, including RMB/RSD addresses, PO Boxes, Locked Bags and other remote locations. Delivery times are usually 1-3 business days within Victoria and 2-6 business days for other states.

International Orders
Select the 'Quote Shipping' option when checking out. Depending on your order's size, weight and/or value, and your location, there are several delivery options available. We will advise you of the shipping cost and method by email prior to processing your payment and order.

Delivery Times
Please note that delivery times are based on information provided by individual courier companies and should be used as a guide only. Delivery times may vary, particularly for remote locations. The delivery times mentioned are an indicative time for delivery from when your order ships from Mustang Motorsport.

Returns
Should you need to return a product to us, please call on 03 9753 5799 or email us at store@mustangstore.com.au to receive a Return Authorisation. Be sure to rpovide all your order information an details. Normally requests for returns will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped a product that was incorrect or faulty on arrival. Should a product be returned to Mustang Motorsport as faulty, but is found to be in normal working order, you will be charged for the cost of freight from you to Mustang Motorsport and the cost of return freight at our normal freight charges. You may also be charged a service fee for the testing/checking of the product. Mustang Motorsport may charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for credit or exchange which have been damaged while in your care. Generally credits/refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges. Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of the State of Victoria.

Note: Freight calculations may be based on your packed order's "cubic weight". Cubic weight is calculated as the greater of either the package weight or dimensions, based on 1 cubic metre = 250kg.
